- 50 gms beet root -100gms curd - salt and black salt to taste - 2 cloves of garlic crushed - a pinch of hing -5gm ghee/oil - few curry leaves -1/4 tsp mustard seeds
Wash the beet root and peel it. Grate the beet root and keep aside. Take a pan on flame and add ghee to it. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it. Once it crackles add crushed garlic and hing. Fry it for few seconds and add beet root to it. Cover it with lid and cook for - min. Switch off the flame and add curd to it. Mix it well and add salt and black salt to it according to your taste. Enjoy it fresh!!
