100 ml milk
100 gms curd
1 scoop whey (flavour of your choice)
pinch of cinnamon powder
1-2 drops of vanilla extract (optional)
pinch of sea salt / regular salt
10 gms almonds or walnuts
Mix whey (I have used cocoa mocha flavour) and curd together untill all lumps are dissolved
now add milk and futher mix well
add rest of the ingredients
cover the container with lid and keep in the refrigerator overnight.
