First soak gm basmati rice Cut gm chicken breast into small pieces and marinate with gm curd, spices of your choice (I have used turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder half tbsp each) Add gm ghee in a pressure cooker and add onions and ginger garlic paste. once the onions turn light brown add tomatoes and green chillies. once the onion and tomato is fried, add the marinated chicken and let it cook for mins. Add ml of water and let it come to a boil. Now add the soaked gm basmati rice. Add gm coriander leaves. Add water in adequate quantity. After whistles switch off the cooker and wait for mins. Serve hot. Enjoy the quantified meal.
