heat the ghee and add Finley chopped onions into it and wait till it turns golden brown in colour
now add pinch of turmeric and chopped Brinjal then stirr the pieces , put the lid and keep the flame low
after min add soaked moongdal into it by also adding salt and chilli powder according to your taste and keep the flame high and lid open for min and again keep the flame low
now finally add chopped tomatoes and mix it . if u want the curry more of a soup type then add little water after the tomatoes are boiled for min , that's it the curry is done surve it with brown rice or Chapati
