100gms boneless chicken
30gms capsicum
30gms cauliflower
30gms mushroom π
1 cheese slice π§
1tbsp red chili πΆ n garlic π§ paste
Salt & pepper to taste
A dash of mixed herbs
Take gms butter in a non stick pan and saute the veges and boneless chicken along with the chili garlic paste, salt n pepper. Till golden brown.
Add a cheese slice and mix well. Remove from pan and keep aside.
Take another gms of butter in the same pan. Add beaten eggs to make an omlette. Cut into strips to make the egg noodles.
Add the noodles to the veges & chicken and mix well.
Sprinkle with some mixed herbs πΏ n njoy π
