Butter nut squash: 50gms( i have used frozen : added hot water to frozen butter nut squash and left it till it gets soft , if you are using raw just boil it and cool before blending)
Banana 50gms
Soya milk 100ml
Stevia as per taste (you can skip this as butternut is already sweet and whey has some sweet)
Whey protein powder : 2scoops
Almond flakes :2gms
Steps: . Add butternut squash which is soft enough to blender ( save some chunks for garnishing) . Add banana( save some chunks for garnishing) . Add milk . Add whey protein powder & stevia( optional) . Blend it till coarse butter nut squash can be felt( you can blend it till smooth but i like the chunks in my smoothie) . Pour it into a glass . Garnishing with some boiled squash, banana and almond chunks . Enjoy your protein packed smoothie
