3 whole eggs
100g granted cabbage
50g sliced onion
10g salted butter
10g besan
10g corn flour
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
Take a big mixing bowl and add whole eggs. Whisk them and add rest of the ingredients.
Heat a nonstick pan and add g butter. Add the egg mixture and cook it for minutes.
Now whisk egg and pour it on top. Cover it with lid and cook it for minutes.
Take out the omelette in a plate and add g butter in the pan. Cook the omelette from the another side for minutes till it gets crispy.
