Carrot grated:100gms Tip: i have fried carrots here ( you can boil and mash them too)
Skimmed Milk : 150 ml
Cardamom powder : 3-4 pinch
Stevia as per taste
Ghee:3gms
Food colour: optional
Raisins optional :5gms
STEPS: .Heat pan and add ghee . Add raisins, fry and take it out separately once they are fluffy . Now add grated carrot and fry well until soft, keep sauting so that you dont burn . Now Add milk and bring to boil . Keep stirring and see that carrot is soft enough . Add cardamom and stevia and stir well . Fry for another two mins , Add the fried raisins on top . Serve hot or cold
