Cheese Slice 1
Butter 15 gms
Bread 2 slices
Garlic 4 pods grated
Oregano , Chilli flakes and salt
Grate peeled pods of garlic in bowl
Add gms melted butter
Add chilli flakes and oregano ( teaspon each)
Add salt as per taste
Mix well and apply on one side of the bread slice. Apply similarly on the two slices (on the outer side)
Place the cheese slice inside the two slices( plain side where the butter mixture is not applied). and press the slices together
Roast it on medium flame on tawa until brown . Cover with glass lid for mins( for the cheese to melt)
Remove from pan and cut into long pieces and serve. Two slices of bread will make pieces.
