amul cheese cubes 4 pcs
wheat flour 5 g
capsicum chopped 1 cup
toned milk 100 ml
recipe: boil g wheat pasta in water till it's al dente / cooked saute cup of capsicum (I dry sauted it) on the other hand roast g wheat till semi golden -brown in color , let it cool add cold milk to the mixture stir it and turn the flame on while stirring , mix well make sure there are no lumps add cubes of cheese π§ ( I used amul cheese) stir it well , let the sauce thicken add oregano/chilli flakes if you like add sauted capsicum and cooked pasta in this sauce and let it simmer on low flame for - mins your pasta π is now ready β¨β¨
