Chicken breast :200gms( marinated as per your choice) you can use as it is as well : i like the marinated one with( some yoghurt, turmeric powder,chilli powder, garam masala,salt)
Rice soaked for half an hour :80gms
Onions : 50 gms
Greek yoghurt / yoghurt : 30gms/2tsp
Garam masala powder / dalchini & clove ( used either of them ) : As per taste
Tomates :25gms( i have used concentrated tomato puree, you can use chopped tomatoes)
Ginger garlic paste
Pudina /mint leaves :25gms
Corriander leaves :25gms ( keep another 5 grams for dressing)
Chilli powder as per taste
Lemon juice :1tsp
Green chillies : 3-4 ( adjust accordingly as we are adding chilli powder too)
Lemon yellow powder/ yellow food colour : 2 pinch
Salt as per taste
Oil:10gms
Hot water kept aside
STEPS: . Heat cooker . Add oil . Add onions and fry nicely till golden brown . Add garam masala powder / dalchini and cloves either of them . Add ginger garlic paste and saute . Add tomatoes / tomato puree and fry . Now add green chillies which are slit a bit and fry . Add mint leaves and corriander leaves and fry well . Add chilli powder as per taste .add food colour pinch . Add chicken pieces ( i have used marinated ones , you can use as it is) . Fry well for few mins . Once chicken is half cooked add yoghurt, lemon juice and saute well . Add hot water and bring it to boil( you can use normal water , but will take time to boil) . Add salt and wash rice and add to water . Mix well And pressure cook for - whistles . Wait till cooker cools down , and serve it into a plate , some corriander leaves added ,with some raita/ curry of your choice
