chicken breast oil boiled potatoes onion garlic salt black pepper turmeric red chilli green chili green coriander eggs (for brushing ) little bread crumbs
Grind chicken breast in mixer grinder, keep it aside , add oil into the pan heat it .. Add onion , garlic fry it till light brown add all the dry spices , Green chilli and coriander ,at last add the minced chicken add the boiled potatoes and make small Pattie , brush them with egg and cover it with bread crumbs .Airfry for min or pan fry it. Serve it hot.. complete meal❣️
