900g boneless chicken
1 large egg
3 TBSP Ginger garlic paste
150g onions finely chopped.
1 TBSP Lemon juice
2 TBSP Olive oil
60g Dried Bread crumbs
1 cup roughly chopped cilantro
1 TBSP Cumin Powder
1 TBSP Coriander Powder
2 tsp Garam Masala
3 Green chilies finely chopped (alter according to your spice tolerance/ taste preference)
Finely mince the chicken. I used the mix size jar of my food processor.
FULLY squeeze out the juice from the onion, using a strainer or muslin cloth. (Save the juice and refrigerate, and apply it on your scalp. It's f good for the hair!)
Add all the ingredients in a dry bowl and mix.
Take equal weight portions and make kebabs, ensuring even thickness.
Heat the pan. When it is fully hot, put a little oil (optional).
Let it cook on high flame for min. Flip the kebabs, and cook on the other side for min.
Now put the flame on the lowest, and leave the kebabs to cook for min.
Enjoy with mint raitha, or as-is!
