butter - 10gm
chicken breast - 50gm (cooked)
salt to taste
tomato sauce 10gm
chilly flakes
oregano
any Italian seasoning
mayonnaise 10gm( optional)
the filling- add butter stir fry all the vegetables in a pan with the spices
after the veggies are cooked add chicken breast
smear your bread with butter and tomato sauce, mayo which I haven't used and the calories are not including the mayo
add the filling and toast the bread! voilà your sandwich is ready!!
tip! add half a slice of cheese which may have around kcals.
