Chicken Breast :300gms
Mustard oil: 1/2 tbsp
Ghee:6gms
Salt : As per taste
Chilli powder : 2tsp (adjust as per your spicy level)
Cumin powder :2tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala :2tsp
Kasuri methi :2tsp
Ginger garlic paste: 2tsp
Lemon juice :2tsp
Plain greek yoghurt :20gms
Steps: . Take chicken breasts . Add chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala , chaat masala ,kasuri methi, ginger garlic paste,lime juice and yoghurt , mustard oil. . Mix well and marinate in refrigerator for to hours . After hours take out marinated chicken from refrigerator . Take wooden skewer (or u can use tooth picks but you can pin only one to two pieces per tooth picks) . Pin the chicken pieces to wooden skewers . Heat pan & Grease pan with ghee . Cook chicken tikka on medium flame by changing / flipping sides so that you cook evenly on all the sides . Its time taking but worth the taste . Once cooked completely enjoy with your favourite chutney Note: This has been consumed thrice , please adjust quantity as per your macros
