Chickpeas soaked , cooked and drained :60gms
Milk:50gms
Stevia as oer taste
Cardamom powder : 2 pinch
Nut meg powder :2 pinch
Ghee :3gms
Desiccated coconut:optional for dressing:2gms
Sauf mukhwas: optional for dressing:2gms
STEPS: . Take blender and blend the cooked chickpeas into a paste . Heat pan . Add ghee . Fry chickpeas paste well , add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and fry well . Add milk and cook well till you get paste consistency . Add stevia as per taste and saute well . Take out into bowl and serve hot . Dress it with some desiccated coconut or as you wish
