3 slices of white bread
1 scoop of 30gm any choclate protein powder (I used double rich choclate)
Take one scoop of choclate protein powder
Add slowly few drops of water continouesly while stiring it in a steel glass with small spoon untill it turns to creamy spread.... u can reduce water drops if u like thick spread( I personally like thick one) u can also add market choclate spread or syrups to add some calories depending upon your goal
Toast white bread slices
And finally spread the choclate spread in the toasted white bread slices and arrange it in three layer sandwich.
And finally garnish it with remaining spread in any left out...
