30 ml egg whites
28 ml almond milk
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
5 gms cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until all the chunks are gone.
Take out a deep microwave safe mug and spray it with non stick cooking spray. Pour the mix in the mug.
Microwave for sec. You would have to check, stop and start periodically as the mix rise quite a lot and may spill out of the mug. Enjoy your healthy cake!
