Banana - 200 grams
Oats - 60 grams
Milk - 200 Ml
Chocolate - 20 grams
Whey - 1 scoop (Chocolate flavour preferably)
Grate / Finely chop some of the chocolate to use as topping (it gives an amazing taste in each bite)
In a bowl, mash the bananas, take oats, whey and milk, mix them together well.
Add the chocolate crumbs generously on top & decorate it well, let it sit in the fridge for about mins to an hour, so that the oats swell up and enjoy your delicious proats!
