140gms Mango

200ml Almond milk

150gms Cottage Cheese

sweetener as required

dry fruits(as per your macros) for garnish

Method

Step 1

Chop Mango's in small pieces and add it to blender.

Step 2

Add almond milk and cottage cheese with sweetener as required

Step 3

Blend everything together until the cottage cheese mixes well.

Step 4

Top it with some chopped mangoes or dry fruits according to your macros.

Step 5

Chill and enjoy!!
