Soya chunks-30g Mix daal-30g Wheat flour-50g Ghee-10ml Khara masala( dalachini , tejapatta, loug, dry red chillie
Boil the fall in cooker. Make the dough with soya chunks powder and atta adding spice of your choice.( I have added red chili, turmeric, salt, garam masala, methi patta, ) After making dough rest it for min and roll and cut it in small. In cooked daal add two cups of water and add the dhokli. Boil it for - min. Tadka( ml ghee add khara masala and garlic if u want u can add green chilies and red chilies and cut onions. Fry it for few min and add hing and red chili powder and add it in Dhokli. Garnish with coriander and lemon juice. If u like you can add spinach in daal to have more fiber.
