Ghee : 2gms
Dates seedless : 60gms ( remove seeds )
Poppy seeds : 1tsp:3gms
Dry fruits of your choice : finely chopped : 10gms
STEPS: . Remove seeds from dates . Put it in mixer jar and run - times till dates gets soft . Heat pan . Add ghee . Once ghee is heated add dry fruits and fry it in low flame . After a min add poppy seeds and fry on low flame thill everything turn golden brown . Now add the dates from mixer . Mixe nicely everything and mash until you get halwa consistency which looks like paste . Now take it off pan . Start making laddoos , if you feel it hot just wait for a min or two not more than that as it will harden . Make laddoo as per the sizes you like . Enjoy immediately or you can store it in airtight container and consume on daily basis
