One whole boiled egg and two boiled egg whites (i.e whole boiled eggs whose yellow has been removed) 2 tsp (10ml) oil; few cumin, few mustard seeds
Any flavoring spices. I used 0.5 tsp pav bhaji masala, turmeric and red chilli powder and salt as per taste
In a non stick pan heat ml oil. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them splutter.
To this add the eggs and spices and cut them all together with a sharp flat stirrer/spoon. Big pieces or small, anything is fine.After they mix uniformly, keep covered for min and switch off the flame. Two more minutes keep covered and have them just like that or with some carbs.
