47 gm cucumber sliced lengthwise
Juice of 1 lime wedge
2 gm olive oil/butter
Whisk together eggs and salt to taste in a bowl
Add olive oil/butter to a pan and heat on low flame
Add the eggs to the pan to make an Omelette. Cover and cook until eggs are cooked. Flip and turn off the flame
Take out on a plate and fill with your favourite veggies or cheese. Sprinkle with juice of a lime wedge if you wish. Roll and cut into pieces. Enjoy!
