60 grams rice- preferred basmati for better flavour
Veggies- Beans, Spring Onions, Carrots, Capsicum around 200 grms
Ginger Garlic paste
1 Slit Green Chilly
Pepper powder Soya Sauce- 1 teaspoon Salt 80 grams Paneer to cover protien as roasted in 5ml oil
Boil the rice and filter and keep aside. . Add oil to pan, ginger garlic paste, chilly, roast for secs . Add veggies and pepper powder . Steam cook veggies for mins. . Add rice and saute and add salt and soya sauce and saute again! . Steam cook for mins. veggies colour changes depending on how much you steam, I did not steam much to retain its colour. . Ready garnish with little spring onions
