Leftover boiled rice - 140g
Capsicum and onion - 150g
Soy sauce- 3 ml
Oil - 2 ml
Spices - Salt and pepper
Heat a non stick pan with ml oil in it
Add veggies (corn, tomato, green chilli, carrot optional) and cook it for minutes. Non vegetarian can add egg or chicken pieces as well
Add salt and pepper as per your taste. Add Soy sauce and stir
Add rice and Mix it well and cook for a minute
Fried rice is ready to serve
