Chicken 150 gm Butter 10 gm Maida 3 gm Fresh Garlic cloves 2-3 Fresh thyme+fresh rosemary 1 table spoon Salt Black pepper

Method

Step 1

Cut chicken and dab with kitchen towel Then take - gm maida+salt+pepper,and cover chicken pieces with it. Put pan on flame and let ig heat for - mins. Add olive oil/butter and spread it. Spread chicken pieces evenly and let it cook for mins. Switch sides of chicken and let it cook for - mins Add fresh garlic, thyme+rosenary (or any herbs of your choice), some butter Let it cook for - mins. Ready 😊
