Grape fruit juice :100ml
Soya milk:100ml
Whey protein powder :1.5 scoop
Stevia as per taste(optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Elichi/cardamom powder pinch
Steps: . Cut grape fruit in to two halves and squeeze the juice out of it( quantity depends on the size you use) . Pour the juice in to blender jar . Add stevia(optional) . Add whey powder & cardamom powder . Add soya milk & few ice cubes . Blend it into smooth . Pour into glass and enjoy Grapefruit shake
