Chickpeas, Rajma, Low fat paneer (Farm connect), Tomato, onion, Eggs, boiled potato and a salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

- Boil Chickpeas and Rajma after soaking it overnight. - use Farm Connect paneer - it has gm protein per gm. I used gm - Cut onion, Tomato and green chilli into smaller pieces - sprinkle salt and mix all ingredients Boiled Chickpeas - gm Boiled Rajma - gm boiled Eggs - gm Onion/Tomato/Green Chilli - gm Paneer - gm
