roast makhana slowly and make sure its crunchy. add gm coconut oil or butter in a non stick pan, when its a little hot or melts, add gm grated coconut. (optional). add jaggery gm and mix for secs. add tablespoons og water and cook it for - mins on medium high flame. u know thr jaggery is don when it sticks on a knife when u insert it. now lay over(pour) this mixture on roasted makhana and add some chat masala. mix well so that elemtns blend together. u can remove individual pcs and store it to upto fortnight and consume as a sweet dish after meals, but just - pcs. remember, its addictive.
