) Grind soya chunks in a mixer. ) Take a mixing bowl and add powdered soya and wheat flour. ) Add salt and half oil. ) Knead the dough with water. Make sure to keep the dough hard enough which will make the Bhaakri nice and crunchy. ) Roll into a thick roti. ) Cook it on medium flame on both the sides. ) Serve with remaining ghee spreader on top
