1 scoop whey protein

5g oil

Method

Step 1

Blend all the listed ingredients along with a little bit of water in a blender/mixer Keep the batter in refrigerator for - minutes for better consistency Take a pan,put oil and heat it Pour the batter.Cover the lid of the pan and cook it for - min on a low flame Flip it once done and cook from other side for - minutes and it is ready!!!
