Paneer 170 gm
Olive oil/any oil 10 gm
Onion 50gm
Tomato 50 gm
Salt to test
Hung curd 2 table spoon
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
Jeera 1/2 tablespoon
Cut half the onions into cubes and rest into finely chopped. Same to the tomatoes. Cut paneer into cubes. Pour oil in a deep pan / kadai. Put jeera into it after the oil heats. Slowly add the finely chopped onions and tomatoes. Cook for minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder into it. Add some water to make the consistency for not gravy. After cooking minutes add the paneer cubes and onion and tomato cubes into it. Add the tablespoon of curd into it. Cook for another minutes and add salt if required. Serve hot with chapatis or bread or rice.
