Step 1

Take palak boil it and make puree it

Step 2

take a pan add gm ghee

Step 3

add specified khada masala

Step 4

add onion

Step 5

add Turmeric Powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, Jira powder

Step 6

add tomatoes

Step 7

add palak puree

Step 8

lastly add boiled soya chunks

Step 9

serve with Roti or rice
