- tbsp milk grams chia seeds grams mango grams Greek yogurt. Add some milk and chia seeds and refrigerate it for -hours. Then keep layering chia seeds, mangoes and Greek yogurt. Top it with some nuts if you wish. Very healthy and filling snack is ready. 😍
