mango- 20gms
milk -30ml
sugar - 10gm
whey protein (chocolate) - 5gm
cocoa powder (optional)- 5 gm
take a bowl add the mango you can either mash it or keep it as cubes as I did
add milk to it
add sugar, give is a proper mix
now add chocolate whey and cocoa powder (optional) I haven't added
give a good stir and voila you have a good dessert ♥️
note the calories and macros are for the recipe without cocoa powder addition of which may add around cals per - GM depending on the brand.
adding Stevia or artificial sweeteners will further decrease calories ,also using almond milk too you can also garnish with some dry fruits. !!
