40 g pan cake mix flour 10g mango whey protein 10g honey 5g butter 50g mango 70g water
Mix the pancake flour, whey protein and water thoroughly . Make sure there are no lumps. Add butter on a heated pan and pour the batter Cook both sides for approx minutes till it is light brown and you start seeing holes in it. Top it up with honey and mango pieces Dust some sugar free on top of it ( optional )
