Whey protein powder- vanilla/ mango/ unflavored - 1 scoop Use stevia/ sweetener if using unflavored whey

Ripe Mango - 50 g cubes /pieces

Milk - 50 ml

Some ice cubes

Method

Step 1

Blend together whey protein powder, milk and water

Step 2

Pour into the glass and some ice cubes

Step 3

Garnish with mango pieces , serve chilled! Enjoyyyy!
