Cantaloupe melon: grated :100gms Use quantity as per your macros 100gms makes hardly 2-3 spoons of halwa
Stevia as per taste
Oil:2gms
Desiccated coconut: for dressing:1gm
Any other dressing of you choice: optional I have used sauf mukhwas:2gms
Cardamom powder:2pinch
STEPS: . Heat pan . Add oil, let the oil get heated . Add grated cantaloupe and fry well . Once melon is fried well and caramelised itsef . Add stevia and saute well it its soft . Add cardamom powder . Stri well . If required add little bit of hot water if not that wont be required . Once melon is well fried take it into bowl , drizzle some desiccated coconut and dressing of your choice .Serve hot
