Cantaloupe melon:100gms

Cumin powder:2-3 pinch

Chilli powder: adjust according to your spice levels:3pinch

Chat masala: 2pinch

Mint leaves : finely chopped

Salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

Steps: . Mix melons , chilli powder, chat masala, salt ,cumin powder and keep it aside for mins . Take wooden skewers or you can use toothpicks and pin the melon pieces . Heat tawa , spray oil very lightly . Put the skewers on tawa and keep changing the sides every now and then . Take out once its done and dress with finely chopped mint leaves
