Soya flour - 50 gms
Jowar flour - 40 gms
Methi, Onion & Coriander - 150 gms together
Ghee - 8 gms
Spices - Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt - as per taste
Chop methi, onion and coriander finely
Mix all ingredients and spices together
Add water to adjust consistency
Brush tava with ghee and spread the batter evenly
Cook for - minutes on low flame
Flip and cook uncovered from other side too for minutes
