-40g rice -150g veggies (cauliflower, capsicum, chillies, carrot, mint, cilantro) -10g oil (any) -10g of badshah biryani pulav masala -salt and chilli & tumeric powder for taste -mustard seeds
Soak the rice for an hour. . Once done, cook it % and let it cool. . Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard seeds, add the chopped veggies (cauliflower, capsicum, chilli, carrot). Add salt. Cook it for mins on medium flame (% cooked) . Add mint, coriander, chilli powder, turmeric powder and biryani masala. Get the fresh aroma of mint and then add the cooked rice. . Cover it for next mins on low flame, until fully cooked. . It’s ready to serve. Serve it with curd.
