Ingredients

Banana ( 100Gm)

1 Scoop Whey ( Any Flavour) [I used chocolate flavour here]

Milk-30-35ml (Optional)

Method

Step 1

Take Banana as per the macros and make a puree out of it by either putting it in a mixer jar or by using hand blender.

Step 2

Once the texture is thick and creamy then add in a scoop of whey and blend again untill properly mixed.

Step 3

You can also add in -ml of milk as well but this is optional.

Step 4

Once you get thick creamy consistency then just transfer the ingredients into a bowl and freeze it for - hours. After - hours your ice cream is ready to be cherished 😁
