Oats: 53 g (3/4 cup)
Almond Milk: 2/3 cup
Banana: 185 g (or as you wish)
Greek Yogurt: 3/4 cup
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Olive Oil Spray
In a blender, blend Oats, Banana and Almond Milk.
Heat up the waffle maker.
Spray a little bit of oil on both sides of the waffle maker.
Pour some blended mixture into the waffle maker. Mine allowed about / of a cup to be poured in.
Close the waffle maker and let it cook. I let it cook it a bit extra as I had added a little extra banana. Banana makes it soft, so cook it a little extra for crunchiness.
Once done, serve with greek yogurt or your favorite topping. I added tbsp of sugar to the yogurt as I am not fond of plain yogurt.
I was able to make two waffles out of it. Your servings may differ per your measurements and waffle maker size.
