Oats powdered :20gms

Besan :10gms

Turmeric powder /salt/pepper : as per taste

Grated carrot : 1/4 th carrot : 25gms

Corriander leaves : 5-10gms

Green chillies : as per taste

Bell peppers : 10 gms

Cumin seeds : As per taste

Oil: 3gms

Method

Step 1

STEPS: . Take a bowl . Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add water little by little to make a cheela batter consistency . Leave it for mins . Heat pan . Add oil/ grease oil . Once oil is hot . Pour cheela batter and make cheelas . Serve it with any sauce or chutney of your choice Note : This measurements will make one big cheela or tow medium sized cheelas
