1. 5 whole eggs 2. 75 gm low fat milk 3. 30 gm roasted oats 4. Salt to taste 5. 10 gm butter 6. 50 gm onion finely chopped 7. 50 gm tomato finely chopped
Put ingredients - in a blender to make the batter. . Pour the batter into a bowl & add chopped onion and tomatoes. Mix well. . Heat gm butter in a non stick pan. Add half of the batter. Cover and cook on low flame. Flip and cook the other side. Take out on a plate and same way make another Omelette. . Enjoy with your favourite dip, chutney or sauce. I had it with low fat yoghurt and chings schezwan sauce.
