Cinnamon powder , baking powder and soda
Grind oats in a mixer and make powder of it
In a bowl mix oats powder , whey , half spoon cinnamon powder , baking powder and soda.
in separate bowl add banana and mash it . Add egg white , milk and stevia . Give everything a mix and add dry ingredients.
the mixture should be little runny than normal chapati dough . Add milk or oats to adjust consistency.
Preheat oven at C . Pour the mixture in baking dish after brushing it with little oil.
Put the dish in oven. it should take about - mins to ready . Top most part should be brown and check with a tooth pick in the middle , it should come out clean.
Let it cool . Enjoy with tea , coffee or what your macros permit 😁
