Grind GMs of rolled oats.
Add gms of Whey Protein
Beat two eggs and whisk the mixture
Make a quick smoothie with gms each of milk and banana
Keep adding te the above whisked mixture to make a good paste.
Add a pinch of cinnamon powder
Heat the non stick pan.
Pour the mixture in equal quantities and flip it only when you see the bubbles coming on top of the panvake
Repeat Repeat Repeat and Readyyyyy
Top it with your favorite fruits. I used gms of honey for topping.
