Crushed pepper corns as per taste
Chilli powder as per taste
Plain greek yoghurt :15gms
Chaat masala as per taste
Lime juice :1/2 tsp(save it for the end)
Cucumber :optional :50gms
Corriander powder as per taste
Garam masala : as per taste
Per-preparation : Soak wooden skewers in water overnight if you are using it in oven or airfryer STEPS: .Take bell peppers in a bowl ( chop them in to broad size) . Add all the masala mentioned above along with yoghurt and refrigerate overnight . Pin them into wooden skewers . Airfry them at degree for min( change or roll sides at mins) . Enjoy your capsicum tandoori with some cucumber salad
