200 gms Boneless Chicken breast 100 gms Spinach 10 gms oil 1/2 Onion 1/2 Tomato 1/2 tsp freshly crushed 3G Paste( Ginger,garlic, green chilli) Garam masala powder 1 inch Cinnamon 1 Bayleaf
Prep the chicken cubes and add / tsp of G paste , a little turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt as per your taste. Refrigerate the chicken for mins. • Heat oil in a pan/wok • Add finely chopped onions and saute until transluscent. • Add the marinated chicken mixture and saute over high heat until it changes colour. •Add finely chopped/grated tomatoes and cook for mins. • Now add finely sliced/chopped spinach . • Cover and cook for mins. You may add half cup of warm water to adjust consistency. I didn't. And done ❤❤ Goes well with hot fulkas or steamed rice ❤
